Different Uses of Camera Angles in:
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

This angle appears to be taken from a lower angle. It invokes excitement and a little bit of fear, as Drax is jumping straight into the monsters mouth.

This angle was taken from eye level. More specifically, a close up. You can see that Gamora is in awe from the sight of the planet she is on. This made me feel both serene and excited to see what the planet was going to look like.

This is a master shot. Although all of the characters are in the frame, this scene mainly focuses on Rocket and Quill going back and forth about who should fly the spaceship through the asteroid field ahead. It shows an internal conflict between both characters, which brings out a sense of annoyance in the viewer, as the cannot seem to agree.

This is an establishing shot. It helps the viewer understand the beauty and importance ego, as this is where the majority of the movie takes place. It makes the viewer feel calm, as the planet appears very beautiful on the outside, and makes the viewer feel curious about the inside.

This is a low angle shot of both
Ego and Peter. Peter has just met his father which creates a feeling of suspense in the viewer. We begin to understand that since Ego is a Celestial, Peter shares part of this special ability.

This is a point of view shot. It shows what Rocket is looking at while trying to fly the ship. This confused me, as I do not understand what it is supposed to do.
This is a high angle shot. It helps you to see all the characters from a new perspective, creating a feeling of the characters no longer being larger than life.
